Terms and Conditions (T&C) of the Pip Pip Yalah Transfer Platform

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the Pip Pip Yalah Transfer platform, a marketplace that connects passengers with tourist vehicle drivers approved by the Ministry of Tourism. This platform allows users to book intercity or airport transfers with a partner vehicle and driver. By using this platform, you unconditionally accept these T&C.

These conditions are an extension of the Terms and Conditions of the Pip Pip Yalah platform, which govern all services offered by Pip Pip Yalah, including the carpooling service. The specific conditions for Pip Pip Yalah Transfer apply to bookings and transfers, while other aspects of platform usage are governed by the main T&C available here.

Pip Pip Yalah Transfer company acts as a marketplace and facilitator for connecting passengers with partner drivers. We do not own the vehicles but work with licensed transport companies that provide drivers and vehicles.

The vehicles available on the platform are indicative and may be modified depending on the availability of partner drivers. If the selected vehicle is unavailable at the time of booking, another option will be offered, or the booking will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Transfer rates are determined by our partner drivers and include VAT and Pip Pip Yalah Transfer's commission. The rate may vary depending on the number of seats requested or specific criteria related to each transfer.

The estimated rate is displayed before booking confirmation but is subject to adjustments based on the criteria specified above and vehicle availability.

Pip Pip Yalah Transfer company responsibility: As a marketplace, our role is to facilitate the connection between passengers and partner drivers. We are not responsible for driving, vehicle condition, or partner drivers' behavior.

Users and drivers responsibility: The passenger and driver are responsible for their respective safety. The passenger must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during transport. The driver must comply with all legal and safety obligations during the journey.

Pip Pip Yalah Transfer company collects and processes your personal data as part of connecting drivers and passengers. This data may be transmitted to administrations, and this processing has been subject to an authorization request from CNDP under number: A-406/2020.

Your data is transferred to Amazon Web Services in Ireland for hosting. This transfer of data abroad has been subject to an authorization request from CNDP under number: A-406/2020.
